I'm struggling to get my bed calibration right.

I did it does wizards many times ...
    Z offset
    Bed Calibration
    Fine tune

Has you can see on the attached picture the result are bad.

Will printing the Z is moving all over the place just like it wanted to correct an un level bed but I'm pretty sure that my bed is level ...

Is there any way to Reset all the calibration value?
Can it be that the IR sensor read bad values?
Can I turn of the IR sensor?

Yes, you can go to UTILITIES -> OPTIONS -> EEPROM -> Z offset
    on the LCD.

Yes, the IR sensor could be having issues.

No you can't turn it off, but you can disable autoleveling.
Remove the G29 command from the OctoPrint startup GCode block assuming you are printing with the built-in OctoPrint server--and why would you not :)

Where am I suppose to find the G29 command ...

The script I got for "Before print job starts" is ...

    ; set to millimeters
    G21
    ; set to absolute mode
    G90

In octoprint? My C2 had a LOT more than that :) Dozens of lines...
It should be in there if you printer is doing the bed probing.

I manually leveled my C2 and did the same thing (disabled autoleveling) simply because it was being a pain. At some point I will likely enable MESH leveling and go through that, but for now it is manually leveled and works fine.

So far, I did the manual bed level with the screws because I was having the same issue. After going through the manual leveling a few times, I was able to leave the auto calibration enabled with no further issues.
