From the little bit I've heard , it seems that any nozzle wear is at a very low rate if any. So, you're probably completely safe to run a single spool through with no effect. If you're that rare user (and I'm guessing that you, 1d1, personally are not in this case) who ends up using a lot of this stuff, then you probably won't be put off by the cost of buying a new nozzle every now and then.

I see where you're coming from. The hardness of the particles is probably as high or higher than the hardness of the nozzle itself. This is a reach, but it's possible that having the particles embedded in the viscous PLA prevents wear or greatly reduces the rate.

Considering the cost of a nozzle or two, it is probably inconsequential. I'll make sure to have several extras on hand for when I reproduce the entire Metropolitan Museum of Art bronzes.... as soon as someone scans and posts them...

    Thanks collin.

For everyone else, I've got a small order of this stuff coming in. I think that for 1.75mm I'm down to the .75kg spools.

it's not up on the site yet. I'm waiting on confirmation on quantities. hoping to get a few more 1.5kg spools :)
The 0.75 kg spools are $67.99.

Full disclosure: I still haven't tried any myself, so I have no feedback whatsoever on this material yet. Early feedback from other users is that it prints pretty easy. The as-printed texture is described as clay like, which you can then polish nicely by hand.

sadly, you will find no conductivity on this stuff. it's 80% by mass, but only about 30% by volume. Conductive adhesives are pretty seriously loaded to get conductivity.
My first print is probably going to be my necklace charm celtic skull remix. I have this cast in actual bronze, so I'm looking forward to the comparison.
Second is to try infusing it with real bronze. Honestly, I'm not really sure what that means, but I'm sure my foundry master @DavidF will help me out.

I am really eager to see the results of infusing. I dont have the equipment for casting sadly but maybe infusing could be possible with the equipment i have on hand.
