Answered C2 Freezing 5-10 Seconds after Boot

    My school just purchased a C2 and everything was working great until it started freezing randomly 5 seconds after booting. I can navigate the menus very briefly, and then nothing. I can't input anything at all. Please help!

    You need to call technical support. A new machine under warranty you need to get on the phone with them.

    It sounds like the SD card for the raspberry pi has gotten corrupted. They need to send you a new one or email you an image you can use to recreate yours with.
