Solved Calibration Issues

I can't get my system a 3d R1 to do the 9 point calibration. It does 1, 2, 3, 4, then skips 5 and 6, does 7 then slams against the side and does 7 again and slams again, then prints. The prints are fine but i am afraid of the slamming causing hardware issues eventually. This is a used machine that was given to me and I know it did not do this before I got it as I watched it work several times in the past. Thanks.
