Found this on Thingiverse. Printed just fine on my Robo 3D al low res in Matter Control with NO supports.

It is designed to hold and insulate a can of your favorite soda or adult canned beverage. Stein.jpg

I added a couple of nylon washers because the lid pivot was a little loose.

Dude, that is pretty sweet. You could paint it with your own crest.

@WheresWaldo , the filament is Foxsmart Goldilocks Translucent Gold, per the designers suggestion. I got it from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T575JNC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01.

Printed at 210, but I am doing another one now at 190 and .9 feed rate and it seems to be printing better.

@robert sanchez, What I am thinking of is to try to find one of my wife's craft buddies that is in to Tole painting and having them do some traditional German stein designs on it.

If I could find some kind of off-white or light cream colored filament I think that would look really cool with some Germanic vines/grapes/hops printed on it.

Why paint when you can make it part of it.
Here is where you can get that.

just to clarify you can extrude the crest out in tinkercad or 3d builder and put it on the mugs side.
