Can't connect to printer

    Repetier can't seem to find or connect to my printer. The printer is powered on and connected to the USB, but when I look for the port in Repetier, it only shows COM1. When looking at the devices in my Control Panel, I see Arduino Mega 2560 but it can't find a driver for it. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Would help to know what Operating System. As Windows requires adding drivers. Mac should work out of the box, and Linux is up in the air as of the last conversation I saw.

    Apple so far is the easiest it finds everything; Windows you need a special drivers that has been flakey with some people and they have gone to an alternate one different from the the one robo suggests; Linux up in the air although it should be working not sure but don't deal with linux much now so really can't check into it.

    I cannot connect my Mac to my printer. But that may be because the cable is not 10,000 miles long :)

    UK. and my printer is still in California.

    Never mind, it shouldn't be too long now they are shipping in numbers.

    Try to use this to find right driver from your PC.
    If it still can not work,if your system is windows,pls download "dotnetfx35.exe"
    Hope can help!
