Hello guys. So I'm trying to print this disc.

    PLA
    Hotend 185 degrees
    Heated bed 60 degrees.
    About .30 inch thick
    10% infill
    E3D-V6 hotend

I've tried hotter (190) but same results. I can't figure out why it's concaving on one side. The other side is a little misshapen but not like this one. No warping and good bed adhesion. Thanks in advance for any help.

first guess is heat swell? or 1st layer much to close? (assuming where its wide is where it is on the bed ). I'd look at leveling your x axis as well just to be sure the z hasn't moved out of whack.

In the 2nd picture, the top layer is up. That is where it's the worst. The 3rd pic, top layer is up but it's the other side of the disc. It's not as bad as the other side.

My first layer, I have to print at a Z offset of .8 to make the layer stick. It's a really good layer, not to close at all.
I don't know what heat swell really is.

    Thanks for replying.

what does the other side of that part look like in picture 2? (It may be as simple as a layer shift)

The 3rd picture is the other side. It did do a layer shift on 2 prints that I printed about 5 before this one, if that helps. The top 2-3 layers were shifted.

Id look for a mechanical item causing the shift. Look at the belt tension and timing pulley set screws

I really don't know much about the belt tension. Is there a certain way it's supposed to be?
Set screws on the x belt gear?

on all timing pulleys. But yes start with X if thats the axis that is shifting.

Belt tension you want tight. It sounds silly but this works: plug the belt, if it thuds its too loose, it should twang :D

Mine kind of thuds lol. Also I noticed that closer to the right limit switch, while moving the x carriage, it seems to bind a bit about 2 inches before the limit switch.

try cleaning the rods and lubricating. May be dirt or could have a bearing going bad, if it thuds you want to snug up that belt for sure (to start anyway, there may be more)

I happen to have some extra bearings I bought. Never put them in because I didn't know how lol. I just lubricated them and the Z rods last week. ( 25 parts for customer) I will do it again. Any tips on tightening the belt?

I ended up cutting the x belt, looping the ends and adding a zip tie to be the tensioner. The stock way of doing it SUCKS (if this is a R1+) if its a R1 I'll defer to @WheresWaldo or @mark tomlinson to give instruction

Did you flash firmware recently? It looks like Z Steps could be wrong. If you print something taller does it get worse?

Couplers. It doesn't have the upgraded Z Rods.

ok then you have either a R1 or a Beta. Does your machine have autolevel stock?

I have not flashed it. I just finished printing 25 parts that were 3 inches tall each and did not have this problem. It just started happening out of the blue.

Yes autolevel, blue LED lights. I thought it was an R1+. It has that on the new one. Even has it on the heat bed. The older one has a replacement heated bed and it says r1+ but I replaced it myself.
