Partial Answer Cooling Issue?

    Today, out of nowhere, my hot end is too hot at the wrong end I guess. Its producing small bulbs of filament before it reaches in the entrance of the hotend, preventing the filament to go further into the extruder. The fan seems to be working fine and is clean of any debris.


    I'm going to guess that this must be the fan, despite the fact that it seems to be working. Any plug and play replacements out there?

    Then maybe the thermistor is failing and indicating the incorrect temperature (which can make it run hotter than it should).
    See if running the filament at lower temperatures helps and if so you need to look at replacing the hotend or at least the thermistor.
