Probably wouldn't hurt to do that filament-oiling trick (since we're talking about working from cheap->expensive troubleshooting tricks).

Printed Solid is out of stock on the stepper motor, but while i wait, could it be possible that when I first calibrated the extruder and changed the esteps in the firmware. Then uploaded it to my printer, that the firmware was corrupt? The reason I say that, is because i updated both my printers at the same time, and now niether of them print correctly. The one was printing spot on before i changed the firmware. The other one is new and i calibrated the extruder and changed it in the firmware from day , so it has never printed correctly. I did however go back to v1, and then v2 again and no change.

Not likely. Unless by 'corrupt' you mean 'a bad configuration setting'

Not sure what "a bad configuration setting" means.

The only thing i changed or even tojcjed was the esteps number, from 80 80 800, to 80 80 850

Then likely the firmware update was not a part of the problem. Just happenstance.
