Ultimaker has released Version 3.4 of Cura. Some changes noticed: The 'Plugins' menu item has been renamed 'Toolbox'. Within the Toolbox, more extensions (formerly called plugins) have been added. Aside from the OctoPrint extension, a configuration backup extension has been added. It was a bit of a disappointment that upgrading from Cura 3.3.1 to Cura 3.4.0 lost all the customizations. Not a big issue since Cura imports profiles relatively easily.

Update: Cura is now at 4.0, The interface has been divided into 3 area adding a Preview interface. While the function was available in the older versions of Cura, that functionality was not obvious. The Prepare interface now allows selection of printer (in case you have more than one printer), material and profile. Again, it is an easier access than in previous versions. Also, Cura 4.0 remembers the previous material settings as well as the printer profiles from the previous version.

Video Monitoring: If you should start Cura 4.0 before enabling the video feed, Cura will not allow you to monitor the camera video.

Caution: If you wish to save the "work-in-progress", save the model being printed as a project before proceeding.

The workaround to enable the video feed in Cura 4.0: In Octoprint, start the video feed. Exit Cura and restart the program. Once Cura is up and running, you can switch to the Monitor interface and the video feed will pop up.
