I just installed an E3D nozzle and noticed it's about 3 or 4 mm longer that the stock nozzle. When my printer does its leveling routine, it presses down much harder on the plate. Same when it prints. What do I need to do to make this nozzle work?

Are you sure you have it screwed in all the way, and one more thing, the extra length means nothing with regard to the R1 leveling since it is triggered by lifting off of the X Axis carriage on any one of the switches (located onme on each side).
