I replaced my hot end with a e3dv6 tried PID tuning and I can't get it to be stable. I am currently printing ABS and the typical temperature is 245C for what I am printing. Any help would be apreciated.

Looks pretty normal to me. You can make it better by using a 40 watt heater core instead of the default 25w.. just my 2 cents :)

    (they are cheap too)

Thank you I will give it a try, I am hoping this solves the wavyness of my prints

Heat stability is probably not the cure there, but post some pictures and some folks might have some thoughts :)
Still can't hurt to use the beefier heater core since it will heat faster and stabilize better.

Some photos of the problem with the prints, hope you can see it. I got rid of this problem when I PID tuned it out of the box. Maybe there is some other problem going on here. WIN_20190724_17_26_06_Pro.jpg

    Have you calibrated the extruder?
There may be a bit of over/under extrusion happening there. That is not uncommon.

Tom can get you sorted on that if you have never done it:
