Anyone tried this? I got some, but measuring it with my calipers its way off from 1.75.. its 2.00 most everywhere.

Wont even fit in my PTFE tube. Might see if I can sent it back.

I haven't tried it,but that's got to be a bad roll, Esun is typically pretty good !

They should take it back if it is that far out of tolerance. If the seller will not the manufacturer should.
None of the brand filaments have ever given me a bat of the eye over that sort of problem and the cheap-o stuff (sadly) I have never had an issue with to complain about

Was sitting around too long before i tried it so amazon's return isn't avail. But I shot interservo a message through amazon ( which was the seller )

First Esun stuff I have ever seen a problem with. ( I use it a lot these days, PLA, and PETG from them )

William from interservo sent me this in response to my amazon message. Good to know, and good that they will take care of me.. ( I wasn't that worried about it either way not a huge deal to me )

I'm finding it pretty cool that with 3d printing we don't have to talk/email with someone from india in a call center (Yet?) .. PrintedSolid, PrintinZ, Interservo(esun distributer)..all have a first name contact that are very helpful.

@KTMDirtFace William sent me a sample of eLastic but I haven't had time to print with it yet. I can measure the diameter along the length of the sample and tell you if it is more consistent.

Did you ever get a chance to measure the eLastic?

This was about one per foot of filament. Measured in several places around the filament since most filaments are not exactly round. Tried to find the widest measurement at each location. I still haven't used it yet as I have had my hands full with other projects (I am currently in need of a new computer). I am also kind of waiting until you are done experimenting with your Flexystruder.
