Need some help. Extruder Step Motor stucked - Just making noise and with no movement

    Troubleshoot :
1- Use another Step Mottor - Same Issue
2-) Test the step motor stucked on another printer - Worked Fine
    3-) Change de drivers
    4-) Change the ramp
    5-) Change the Arduino...

Don't know what else can be done... any advise?

OK, since I see what you tried :)
The only thing left that can be bad* is the gears binding. If you disconnect the stepper can you manually and easily turn the gears?

*unless in your troubleshooting you swapped on bad part for another bad part. Are you certain all the parts you tested were good? Did you take a stepper driver from a working position on the RAMPS and move it to another or did you swap to a new stepper driver?

The reason it is important to check is because most of these are really cheap components and you can totally get a new part that is bad. I went through 3 new RAMPS boards to get one that worked... just an example, but just because it is a NEW part does not mean it is a good part :)
