I've gone through the z calibration twice and it was -8.2 and -9.0. When I go to do one of the default test prints the extruder is about 2-3mm from the print bed. It doesn't push the filament onto the bed like its supposed to. How do I fix this?

When done with the Z offset wizard did you do the fine-tuning wizard?

No it didn't show that in the quick start guide.

You probably need to do both :)

Give that a whirl and see if it helps.

It was not there originally, but got added in a more recent RoboOS update.

If it really is hung up and not working you need to call tech support and get them involved.
    That could be bad hardware.

Try resetting it a couple of times and give it plenty of time to boot as well.

Just a heads up .. I just went through this whole process (I'm late to the conversation too) BUT, I found my bed was tightened all the way down so it was throwing off my Z offset.. I loosened the screws to the bed so it raised all the way up. I then went into my bed leveling configuration and did all of that. THEN went back to my Z offset and tuned that... all is well now..
