Marquis, can your design be used with the Volcano upgrade to the E3D hot end.
I can't see your hot end fan in the above picture
Also how do you have the 2 parts fans wire.

I forget what it saves as but it's 123D Design from auto desk (should have put the source files on the thing...)

I'll see if I can't do the adjustment for both hexagon and volcano!

and I just rewired the clip that attaches the fan, the fans are in parellel.

Hey Marquis, did you make that adapter to fit in the R1 Hexagon hot end?

That would be cool. I am using the one I had before with the volcano, but it is not really optimal. It is almost not pointing in the right spot :)

I think @Galaxius designed the one I am using now, it works like a pip (or did until I added the volcano).
Much better than the stock one. Technically it is still functional, but just barely. The volcano moved the hotend to the max adjustable range on that duct.

I have the one by @Galaxius right now, but I am going to swap it out. I am going to try the one that @Marquis Johnson linked too. It is a tighter design that doesn't stick out from the carriage as much. I need to convert the Inventor part to Fusion 360 since that is what I am currently using. Now if only the Hotend fan were a 40 mm, I would be ecstatic. I would still like to modify it for a 30 x 30 instead of reusing the cheap 25 mm than Robo supplies. Mine is starting to make noise and it's only a week old.

If you ever replace it with an E3D their fans are better quality. Otherwise, yea swap it for a 30mm or whatever you have (just not smaller).

I like your's better that other one looks overly complicated and has different fans from stock on it? I don't think yours will fit my Hexagon one though. Do you have the original model file?

Also the one that TSG designed you need to print the dual fan holder that you can see in red.

Will this help warp using ABS?

Help prevent warping with ABS? No, you don't want to run a parts fan with ABS

Ok so for ABS no fan cooling and a bed temp of 80 or more. My printer shuts off the heat with an error if I try to go above 80 is this normal or should I get a hold of robo 3d for a new heat bed?

The heated bed temp switch created an error and shut down the print when I set it at 85

Well, yes. If you do NOT modify the firmware as @Mike Kelly suggested it will do that.
