filament distance

    I have a robo r1+, after doing the automatic leveling, it retracts the filament a certain distance and at the moment of returning it to start printing the filament stays inside and does not come out until after a few seconds, does anyone know how to solve it or how to modify that distance?
    I'm sorry for my level of English, I have not yet mastered the language completely.

    it is called retraction and adjusting it is specific to the slicer/host program you are using.
    Find retraction settings and reduce it incrementally until it works.
