So, it might be time to upgrade the gear that feeds the filament down into the extruder. For some reason it carves an arch into the filament and my print stops. Any remedies or replacements? Also, what is that piece called?

Thanks for all that but I had already cleaned my extruder. I did some more research and I checked out the hobbled bolt and it looks almost smooth. So it is possible that I can just remove it, clean the ridges, and put it back it. It might be since the hobbled bolts' ridges are filled and it is not applying pressure and as such is stripping the filament. Will give it a shot this weekend so I can finally finish printing the acrylic enclosure parts =D

That is exactly how you do it :)

Alternatively you can get a spare hobbed bolt and just swap them (while you clean one).
There was a guy selling them on eBay that were customized to fit the Robo... 5 bucks.
    Worth it.
