filament spool holder

    I plan on hanging a holder on the wall above RoBo. I will be printing in my garage so I'm not concerned about how it looks.

    I'm probably going to do something like the second one on your list and mount it over my enclosure. I'm about done with mounting the spool on a central rod. It seems like every order of filament I place, even from the same supplier, comes on a spool with a different bore.

    But then you have to worry about the spools being the same width. Is that one adjustable?

    Anybody know where we can get empty spools for cheap? Think we could print them for a reasonable price?

    It really doesn't matter if they're the same width. It won't hurt anything for the spool to walk back and forth a little in its payoff.
