    Hello,

after hours of research (Z-Offset +/-) finally the ROBO 3D R2 and the Calibration works..

After three Testpints i think the first layers are very rough.

How can I solve it in Cura ?

    Regards

    (excuse my School Englisch)

Then however you are setting the autoleveling Z offset -- set it to be less offset from the bed.
A small amount is all you need to change it or generate more "squish" for the first layer.

Which version of Cura are you using? The latest version is 4.5.0

I see that you are printing with a raft for bed adhesion. The bottom of the model will be rough. With a very leveled print bed, you should not need a raft. You might read in the Mods and Upgrades forum for information on getting a flatter print surface.

Next, try bumping up the line width from 0.4 mm to 0.42 mm. Cura will pump out slightly more filament to help fill in the gaps.

Hello and thanks for youre support.

So i leveled the bed exactly and checked the fine offset.
i printed another simple piece with the default Robo cura settungs.
Raft is perfect, only the bottom shows the same iproblems.
Will try today different cura settings.

    Regards

Have you tried it without the raft as @tkoco suggested?

Try using a brim option instead of the raft.

First of all, thanks for the support.

I tried several options on cura (Raft/Brim/Line Width/First Layer...) but the first layer is not like i
expected. I will try several others adjustments suggested in other forums.

The wrong firmware has damaged the surface so i will tell you my experience with the flexboard.
What Hard Noze do you prefer ?

    Regards

If you mean the nozzle -- I personally prefer hardened steel since it will absolutely last the longest.
Stainless steel is better than brass, but still will wear and ultimately brass is the one used most, but they wear the worst.
