Gantry Problems

    I'm having an issue with the gantry rod popping out from the back right wall of the printer. I have contacted Robo and their fix was to loosen the screws and move the rod back a little. When I tried this, the rod didn't seem to move much and I was unable to get it back into place. Any ideas?

    Picture worth a lot :)
    You may have to post a few more messages to be able to post a picture...
    One of mine popped out a few times, but getting it back in was pretty straight forward.
