Any one had issues with the bearings in the extruder carriage cutting grooves in both rods on the X and Y Axis? i just noticed them tonight when the printer was making a very loud vibrating noise. These grooves are deep.

Dont have a R2 but you will need to get Robo on the phone to replace the rods and bearings. I'd strongly suggest you to request a replacement unit.

That happens on any printer with linear rods and bad linear bearings. As @Geof says ... replace the unit at this point.
