Has anyone used high tenacity 3d printer resin?

    Yes. Nice thing is that you can add flexible resin to other resin of the same type and it will be more flexible than the default for that resin and not as flexible as the full-on flex resin. You can custom mix & match for the amount of flex you want and essentially make the print tougher.

    The one you mentioned is water washable resin from Sunlu. Prints made with this resin can achieve high detail down to 35-50 microns resolution, which may meet your needs.The resin can be cleaned off printed parts by washing with water instead of using alcohol or other cleaning agents, which makes post-processing much easier.

    You can also blend tenacity with other non-flexible resin to make one as stiff or flexible as you want (some experimentation is required)
