Has Robo closed up shop?

I used to own a Flash Forge printer. Unless they have vastly improved their customer support, I would not recommend buying directly from Flash Forge. With the E3 printer, you have the collection of experienced 3D printing (dare I say it) gurus here on this website to consult. We may not have 100% of the answers, but what information we do tell you will be good information based on our collective experiences.
