Searched the forum and can not find where I can get a replacement. Found a couple links where people have had the same issue, bed stop heating during print so on. Opened mine up and found the connecter to the board for the heated bed was burnt. Anyway does anyone have a good source for this type of connecter? I included a pic of the burnt spot. Assuming it was due to the connecter being lose.? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mark! Am I correct that this was due to a bad connection? The printer is working fine, I just have to turn off the heated bed option. Just worried this is the start of another issue with the ramps.

It was due to that or just the heater bed demanding more than 11amps for an extended period of time.

You may need to replace the RAMPS itself (I would, but I am lazy and it is cheap) or the Q3 MOSFET.
I build electronics for a hobby and I would chuck it :( Not worth the effort for a $15 board.

Again thanks for the fast reply. I will try replacing the connecter first, already on order, will be a fast repair more so since Robo is out of the ramps for the R1 plus at this time.

I just noticed the item Mark linked from Amazon is 300v 10A while the one that came with the printer is 300v 20A. What type of issues am I looking at if I use the 10A plug? Added image of original plug with volt/amp info on it.

OK new connectors arrived, installed a new one and at first the temp came up but as soon as the print started the temp started dropping off. I assume I am looking at getting new ramps at this point.?

Good luck. Worth the effort to do the rewiring since the generic ones are cheap and easily available :)

last I heard robo is still out of stock on the boards. If your up for some rewiring (easy stuff) I'd suggest that thread also. (Plus the board is 10 bucks vs 80)

My Robo just experienced the same issue on the same side of the plug. The solder connections on the Ramps board needed to be repaired in addition to replacing the plug.
