Can the z axis motors move independently? If not I think I have found what was causing most of my problems.

Ya I figured got things working a little better now that I am level. but now I am finding that when I print something with a solid bottom it starts puffing up during the first layer and some times getting pulled off. the less surface area on the bottom the better it seems. anyone know where i should be looking?

    I love posting pics :)

Here is everything I have printed and kept other then a few copy's of things I gave to the kids.

I had a ton of prints of another style spool holder but I like this one the best.

First ABS prints went pretty well. even if I can tell they don't have perfect layer adhesion. I am stuck right now as my hot end is capped at 235. The bed had no problem getting up to 100c but I used 90c for the first few layers then turned it down to 80c.

I need a enclosure if I want to keep going with ABS, so I think at least for now I will only use it when I have to. PLA seems great for most things I am doing anyways right now.

I run abs all day, 75 on the bed in a room that is 66F no enclosure, why do you need an enclosure?

The only thing I hate about those fan mounts, they will not allow for max height prints, but work great.

Ya your right never thought about that. I am not really liking their placement everything is so hard to see. but they help so much.

I wish i could design my own there is no reason they have to stick out so much. and I wish they were closer to the print head with a smaller opening.
