Unresolved Hiya folks. Texture Question

Hello again. Mike here. Hope everyone is well.

Of my (2) R1 Plus Printers, been using for over 5 years, my current one still prints great, but I've been seeing more of this lately. Any advice following would be great.

Print settings and info:
Prints done on R1 Plus printer, PLA Filament, default print speed setting used w/ Matter Control software, layer thickness settings = 3. Extruder temp = 190

The print on the right, nice and smooth....but the print on the left..... is getting the entire "zits" or bumps thing. Happens every now and then with various different models....but I kept all settings identical in a climate controlled room for both prints for this example.

Thoughts?
