    Interesting approach. Replacing the Arduino and the RAMPS with the Raspberry Pi (in effect).
    Granted, in his case he built the printer from scratch as well, but still.
    Replacing the Arduino Code with C++ probably doesn't hurt (performance wise with the Pi).

    Cool stuff.

    Good question, I assumed he ported something. However there is very little information available, yet.
    Probably done by a grad student for a class project and I hope he publishes it.
    It wouldn't be rocket science, but a lot of work none the less.
