I bought an R1+ a week ago and think I shorted the thermistor this morning trying to remove a jam.

I've been looking at buying RioBrand 100Kohm NTC Thermistors. I need to know if they will work and how to install them. The whole printer is stock.

The reason I think I shorted the thermistors is because it says the extruder is at 357 °C when it's actually cold. The heated bed is fine.

Hi Nathan, they won't work the r1+ has a proprietary canister thermistor. You'll have to contact robo for a replacement
