how much power does the device draw

    havent purchased yet.
    started reading some threads here to learn a bit more.

    can find the spec, but how many amp does the printer use?

    Im sure someone knows the exact answer but i can tell you not much. Power supply is rated 12 vdc 30 amp.

    Is there a specific concern you have ?

    Not sure, but it has a 350w supply.
    A/C Amps would vary depending on what the printer is doing and what type of mains power you have (i.e. 110v, 220v)

    The 30amp rating @Geof mentioned is the DC side supply.

    I have my robo3d plugged in to a power monitor with smartthings. While printing PLA it registers at 190W. Idle, it pulls about 12W. YMMV for printing other materials.
