Just copy and rename the existing process for PLA, then edit what you need and save it

Save as new, give it a new name, edit the temps save revised, done. It is that simple.

ok so it has to be a saved process then? no listing of pla's? I was used to that with the other's is all.. so if i add a TPU that would again be a process..

thats the best way. If you just do a new profile it will not save your temps or speeds for some dumb reason lol. I just keep a ton of processes :D

There are a few ways to add a profile, I presented the easiest. You can create one from scratch or ask if someone has a TPU profile and import it. I use this way if I am not interested in remembering everything I need to set, then you still need to tweak it for your particular printer and brand of filament.

Well that did not work, how do i add a thing where i want this Certain PLA to be 230c? I added a process and it kept it at 210..where do you set the temp of the pla? that is why I thought you can add a type or color of pla and set it to what you want..

you double click on your process and it brings up your control tabs. Like so, navigate to temperature and it will show your heat bed temp, click on extruder above heatbed and click on the numbers and type in what you want it to be Screenshot (139).png Screenshot (140).png
