I downloaded the new version of slic3d but you can't print from there. I want to use Repetier and I can't figure out how to install the updated version to it, anybody know how?

What I do is rename the existing Slic3r folder that's inside the Repetier folder then drop the new Slic3r folder in. That's it.

Thanks! That worked perfectly and very easy. You told me a week or so about the new update that has a tool to change the x and y sizing...it sure does. It also has a setting now where you can set the z distance between the support material and the print, will work perfectly for printing with soluble filament for support.
