I'm sure there are other machines that can, I just cant tell you which ones they are:D only the ones that my shop has and uses :D

@mark tomlinson is a pro at ABS :D maybe he can chime in with some fun facts about said no no word.

If you have a file you want printed to see what it looks like on a zortrax let me know, happy to help out, unfortunately thats where my abs starts and stops lol (and after I'm finished with ABS all togather since there are tons of other materials out there, hopefully I'll never need to look at the stuff again lol)

I have machined Delrin on a lathe and a CNC.
Back in our BattleBots days we loved Delrin...

CS= customer service? I havent needed them lol. I bought mine and each has a little over 5K hours on it now, never needed help from the OEM. Just some extra hotends and headbeds/perf plates. Fans and the such are all aftermarket available, they sell a pretty nice "service kit"

The only "win" for ABS is cost. The other materials that replace it are often a bit more expensive.
You want a heated chamber to do it routinely.

Other than the color (I always use paint or dye) there are materials that do those better than ABS.

I'll take you up on that! Once I have my patent pending sent in, I'll give you a shout. Is there PM in this board?
