Is robo 3d capable of printing conductive materials? Also how hot does the printing bed get?

Robo is probably not the printer to go to for printing electronics. Try searching for for the voxel8 printer.

So show us all of the circuits you printed... for that kind of work, this is not the printer you are looking for :)
I will be printing some conductive filament and electroplating it, but for circuit work... nope. I would not suggest this one either.

I don't know. Apples and oranges though. Easier/cheaper to just have it printed. breadboard.. to china... to board.

With enough creativity and access to the right materials the robo3d could do it.

its really the process and material. dual extruder easy enough. good conductive filament? Saw some people printing in solder...

Well, I don't know, BUT Robo sells the conductive filament on there webb site and it is PLA based,
so it should work. Just get some of it and find out. When I get my printer, I will find out. They also sell iron, copper, bronze, and carbon fiber PLA based material on the site. Just click blog then the sellers address to get the info on it. Hay, I am also a researcher, mostly for treasure hunting. There's no end to my dabbeling. Frank.

yea.. it should be fine. A machine designed to do it would be better.. but also.. $8k. people are printing simple circuits with reprap like machines just fine. Dual head is a must. an easy upgrade (i hope).

You know it just might be easier to do it the old way. That is print the circuits on a copper clad board then acid dip it to remove the excess copper, then acetone wash off the plastic. WALA, a printed circuit board. lol Frank
