No matter what I try it seems with my new E3D that it always wants to start with a little drop of filament when it starts printing. I have tried wiping the nozzle (I don't see anything there), Ideas or what am I doing wrong? The issue is it bumps over it when it hits that location again.

Are you saying there is a drop of filament where the bed lrobes for autolevel? Or when it starts the print it pushes a blob ?

Starts to print it pushes/creates a very tiny blob but big enough to change the direction of flow. Just a little drop then it flows correctly and doesn't do it again but the damage has already been done.
