You can't do the manual leveling with power to the printer.
So unplug everything (USB cable too) when adjusting the threaded rods.

Also, make sure the two Z switches are both positioned the same (and correctly) since one of them triggering incorrectly will screw up the leveling completely.

I'm 90% sure the bed is not level. Like one end is higher. Is that possible?

    Yes, easily.
I assume you mean the Y axis.

You can put shims under the magnets or under the mounts for the Y axis smooth rods.

Auto-leveling is a patch IMHO. It is still far better to manually level the entire bed. There is less work for Marlin to do.

The more recent versions of Marlin offer another far better approach called Mesh leveling.Sadly the official Robo versions are not included in that. However if you take our current CONFIGURATION.H into a new version it is fairly easy to get it up and running. @WheresWaldo has a thread (or two) dedication to that.

Can you point me to that thread? I'll give it a tr i the shims don't work. I actually just bought a bunch of round magnets to hold paper towels in the can for ABS welding. about the same size. Thanks for our help btw! Both of you guys are life savers.
