lol since i'm guessing they're going to replace the printer, i'm not going to open a ticket quite yet. I'm still not convinced MC wasn't just doing what simplify just did by opening up and heating correctly, but as soon as I open it again it will send it sky high.

This is literally me right now: https://youtu.be/Y_yx8txEM1g?t=11s

    Lol now that's funny.

Ok so do you have temps set to stabilize? If it's for sure not the software(first guess is it is) the you have a faulty board( not super likely )

Load up my factory file from that post and try to print something :).

I'm not by my computer atm but want to exhaust all options I have before saying I'll get back to you tomorrow morning.

Save the GCode terminal to a text file when this happens. That will tell us exactly what the PC told the printer to do.
This is either the software 'losing it' and doing something silly or bad communications between the software and the printer OR the printer itself going nuts.

    Let's narrow it down.

Sorry you meant the gcode terminal...
I think you have to click in it and Ctrl-A select all then copy paste to notepad. I don't remember if it has a save for that

I'm getting a "CRC mismatch detected" in Simplify. When I start up. It works normally and perfectly (besides the Greg gear thing not spinning/extruding). I have to stop it due to it not extruding. When I start it back up, I get "CRC mismatch detected"

Ping their support folks (open a ticket) because then if they have a workaround you will be the first to know.

That looks like a leveling issue. Have you manually leveled the X axis* at least?
If you do not (and if it is off) your bed leveling will be crappy.

*(right to left, the short way across the bed)

Just by eye. I'll do that tonight with a ruler. I bet you're right. I don't know why I didn't think of that.

It is not natural to think of needing to manually level the bed (in any direction) when they have 'Auto Bed Leveling' ...
However marketing and reality vary :)
