Solved Matter Control and thermistor

Since prints can take a long time I go to bed while they are printing and when I wake up the print has finished, but since Matter Control shuts off the heat to the extruder after printing sometimes even after I reheat the extruder the filament will clog and I have to pull it apart and unclog it. Is there any command that will keep it hot after it's finished printing until I can retract the filament?

Second question.
While I had it apart cleaning it the thermistor came out of the hot end and I was wondering what I use to "glue" it back in?
