matter slice support generation

    Is there a way to manipulate support material or at least see it in matterslice? I bought simplify3d for this but it crashes every time I try to rotate or scale the model.

    S3D shouldn't be crashing. Computer issue? I run on a very old thinkpad without issue so its doubtfull thats causing an issue... Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling S3D?

    I cant answer for matter control...they have a forum you can check out if you want to use matter control.

    That sounds like a graphics issue.
    There are some specific requirements around graphics cards and drivers that you might want to review but by all means open a support ticket with simplify3d IMMEDIATELY.

    my system exceeds all the requirements. I opened a ticket yesterday and have yet to get a response. Are they usually good with responding? I noticed there is no way to contact them directly which is really frustrating.

    Normally ive gotten a response with 24-48 hours. Its a very small orginization :)

    Yes, they will usually respond within 12-24 hours, but I doubt they worked the holiday (yesterday).
