MatterControl broken slicer?

So I've been using MatterControl since April, for the most part, its been amazing. When it doesn't slice a object right, usually its the objects fault not the slicing program. However, recently it hasn't been working right at all. Perfectly solid stl files will have gaps in the generated layer-view. MatterControl can use 3 different engines to slice. MatterSlice, CuraEngine, and Slic3r.

MatterSlice problems: No infill in prints, gaps, no top layers.
CuraEngine: 25x more layers than needed. No Layers, small almost not noticeable gaps. Also no infill
Slic3r: Fails to slice at all.

Up until about 2 hours ago, everything was working PERFECTLY.

Tried Repieter host too, Slic3r and CuraEngine slice well, but won't print. No commands get to the printer, yet MatterControl sends commands perfectly.

 

I updated it first and that didn't seem to help either. I just now uninstalled it and re-installed and the problem didn't go away... Hmmmm

Sprial-Vase setting.... I thought it might still print everything, I thought it was just a smooth-transition between layers, not try to draw the object with only 1 line.

Thanks! If I ever have a real software problem i'll know how to completely uninstall it!
