MatterControl not responding

    Hello All,

    We just received our new printer today. I installed the version of MatterControl from the Robo3D site as suggested. When I launch the software, it does not launch. It doesn't error out, it just doesn't run. I downloaded MatterControl from a different source, and it runs, but I am unable to have the computer find the printer when logged in. Please, any info or advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Try uninstalling matter control and deleting the folder from Local then reinstall.

    Install the Arduino software too.
