MAXTEMP triggered, system stopped Heater_ID:01

    Hello

    mid true a small job printer stop and this message come on

    MAXTEMP triggered, system stopped Heater_ID:01

    the head is cold it try to reset but fails

    I call customer service and no one is available try to send emails and the the link dosen't work and can't find the so call chat in there page that on the phone recording subjects

    You have a bad thermistor or a failed connector.
    Under warranty you are going to need to reach out to Robo to get parts (everyone here is a printer owner/user like you, we just try to help folks out).

    I have reached out to Robo directly via email to see if they can sort out the scheduler for the 2nd tier folks.

    No problem :)

    Once they get it fixed just use that to schedule a chat with a tech and they can get you the parts you need.
    If it was clear what parts you needed you could always just fill out the parts request form and they will get them in the post.
    In this case a little bit more needs to be done.
