I am hoping you didn't pay $30 for a spool of PLA. Higher prices do not equate to higher quality. William at intservo.com has PLA+ which is their premium PLA at only $25 per spool, their regular PLA is $22 and a lot of people here like Hatchbox and JustPLA which are even cheaper.

It was $29.99 and now my extruder is clogged. I am so pist off because I have no idea how to fix my machine now. I guess It's time for an E3D V6.

TERRIBLE ADHESION and EXTRUSION - do not buy this crap!

I TRIED 180-210C on extruder with 60-85C on bed

after 2 hours I'm tossing this stuff in the trash! I am buying Colorfabb next time!!!!

Easy, you heat up the hotend then remove the nozzle only. A 16 mm thin wrench will hold the aluminum block steady and a 7 mm wrench will unscrew the brass nozzle. Once it's out you can use a small torch to melt out all the rest of the PLA left in the nozzle. Putting it back on is just the reverse. Must be done warm.

I think @Marquis Johnson has a video that shows how to do it.

I should also mention that you really can't go wrong with an E3Dv6 either.

I don't have a small torch brother. I have seen the video but I already angrily ripped out the filament (while it was hot). I just wanted to make a damn Easter cookie cutter for my Daughter.

I'll just give Printed Solid some more business =o)

Here are the printing results below

I use a propane torch.... Way to big for the job so I have a small cake pan I heat up with the nozzle in it until the filament rolls out of the nozzle :)
