So anything special I need to know or do when I change my nozzle from the stock one to a micro swiss hardened nozzle? The website doesn't say to heat it up or anything so wanted to check with the pros here first.

The nozzle is hot tighten in place and should be... So that is the best way to swap it. Heat it. Loosen it. Remove it. Install it. Heat it. Snug it down.

That's what I've installed on mine, uneventful. Just unscrewed the tube a couple of turns (moved the heater block lower) becasue the thread of the nozzle was longer, and the closer the heater block to the nozzle the better.

Just remember that inside the heater block the threaded part of the nozzle and the threaded end of the heat break must touch/meet.

That is what provides the seal. If the nozzle is flush against the heater block but not mated up to the end of the heat break -- you will get leaks.
