Solved My 2nd C2 arrived and just like the first it's broken :(

    My first C2 arrived 10-11 days ago and was broken (won't go into details) finally got my replacement today and opened it up to find the extruded hanging off the printer. Robo is busy in Vegas to answer so i figured I would try here. Anyone know if something is missing or how to fix.

    Mine wasn't in very secure on 1 of the 3 printers I purchased an I didn't realize it until AFTER i started doing a test print. The force of the filament pushed it right out and it dropped down and dragged on the build plate and now I have some nice melted gouges in the plate. The extruder is back in place, but it was definitely an unwanted surprise!
