I originally had a problem where my z-axis wouldn't go down, so I called customer support and they said to get to items of the same height and use them to align the z-axis. I did that and it went down, but then another problem started. My z-axis will go down now, but it won't work. Whenever I try to print something, when it goes to the home position, the z-axis goes up by about 10 mm. I also can't move anything when the position is past 0. I only have one thing that sometimes helps a little. If I turn it off and use the controls to make it think that it's 10 mm higher and then I can move it lower, but it doesn't help at all when I try to print it. Please help!

You need to be a little more clear on what you mean by this:

?? Not sure what you mean happens. Video would help.

Still not getting what the problem is, although it sounds like something is offset by 10mm...

Well the problem is that the z axis goes up instead of down when I go to print something.

Also, it doesn't have to be by 10mm, it was just an example.

Common problem and that is why it is a sticky link (at the top of the troubleshooting forum messages)
He demonstrates what causes it in the video. Granted, it may be a bad wire as well as the switch knocked out of position, but the switch is usually the problem and easy to fix.

When I called customer support, they said to level the axis, but it didn't work.

The other videos will hopefully help though. Thanks! :)

I tried the things that the videos said to do, but it still doesn't work. Whenever I home it, the Z-Axis still goes up and I can't move it down.

Then like I said, one switch is out of position or a wire disconnected from one of them or bad wire.

That is all that will cause that. If the Z home switches are already triggered (or if one is) then it will not go down (because it thinks it is already as low as it can go).
