Robo 3d r1+ , thermistor wire broke when the Z axis was down, now I can not raise the
Z axis with the controls in Matter Control so that I can remove the hot end and install a new thermistor. Is there a way the Z can be raised, with out taking the unit apart and manually raising it? Any help is welcome, thank you.

Manually turning the z rods is the way. If you can't reach them with the cover on then you will need to take it off (or at least loose so you can get to the rods). Turn them both at the same time and as close to the same amount as possible. Not sure what is preventing it, it may be one of the endstop switches has had a wire knocked loose -- you will want to check that first. If either of the two switches has a wire off then the Z will not raise.

Thank you Mark for your reply. I was hoping that there was another way to raise the Z with the control after a fault shut down. I knew that if there was none, I would have to do it manually. Thank you for confirming that for me.
