Hi guys. I just picked up a new robo r1 plus. It printed for 20 minutes (pla), temps were the stock pla temps 210/60 I think. MatterContol stopped the print saying there was a hardware malfunction and now the bed temp reads about 250 whether it's plugged in or not. I don't believe the wires are crossed because I wouldn't be able to print pla at 60 degrees, right? There no scorch marks on the bundle attached to the bed. Ideas?

Thermistor is bad or wires are. Shorted most likely.

There is a short in the thermistor wiring. Check the cable going to the thermistor on the hotend.

    What he said
