Did Robo remove the access control abilities from their version of OctoPi? I can't find the check box to enable it.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

If so you can reconfigure it from the Pi side. Edit config.yaml and rerun the wizard.

Can you rerun the wizard on the Robo version? I don't recall running the wizard initially.

has anyone been able to do this successfully? i am not even able to find the .octoprint folder when logged in. I have just Octoprint. I found the config_yaml.rst file but no config.yaml file.

Logged in through what? You may need to configure "whatever" you're using to display hidden files.

i've used both putty and winscp to log into the pi. I even took the sd card out and popped it into my linux machine. I have an octoprint folder, but no .octoprint. I am definitely viewing hidden files. I cannot find the config.yaml file anywhere

    pi@RoboC2:~ $ sudo find / -name config.yaml
    /home/pi/.octoprint/config.yaml
    /home/pi/OctoPrint/tests/settings/_files/config.yaml

I assume it is in a similar spot on the R2 since Robo really only uses one OS image.

I am dumb. .octoprint was hidden, i was able to find the file, made the changes. I have rebooted and created users! we are good to go.

It is annoying that Robo used a slightly custom OctoPrint install. Glad you got it going.
