I had noise on both Bed and Hotend Temperature graphs. I changed the system board from R2 to Partsbuilt and the problem persisted. The printer would occasionally randomly stop. I jiggled the power connector and it was hot. I used a 24v 25a power supply and hardwired directly into the 24v input on the Partsbuilt board. Bingo my noise on the hotend and bed temperatures was gone. The finish on my parts also improved. My guess would be that the stepper motor supply being noisy did not help quality.

I have upped the temp on my bed to 70C and it could be that running that temp continuously draws too much current for the connectors.
